▶Can I also use ZINC IT OVER® on bare skin, instead of over makeup?
Absolutely YES, you can use on bare skin in addition to over makeup. Either method will deliver the sun protection coverage and the anti-aging benefits of all of phytonutrients and antioxidants. Some of our customers will also apply the mist BEFORE applying makeup. Use whatever method works best for you, but make sure to mist before going outside and then subsequently throughout the day every 90 minutes - 2 hours.
▶Can I use ZINC IT OVER® while swimming or doing other water sports?
We chose to NOT test for water resistance, since this formula was designed for use over makeup and most women would not go swimming with a full face of makeup. If you are swimming or doing other water sports, we recommend a physical, broad spectrum rub-in sunscreen for optimal protection. Please use ours on dry land only.
▶Does your company do animal testing?
Absolutely NEVER! All of our thorough testing is performed in the lab and on humans, depending on the type of test. In addition, we do not source any ingredients that contain animal byproducts, making ZINC IT OVER® Vegan as well.
▶What is the shelf life of ZINC IT OVER®?
From the time of production, there is an 18-month expiration. We always make sure that our customers will have a minimum 6-month usage window. A full sized bottle, if used several times per day, will last approximately 5 - 6 weeks. The expiry date is coded in black at the bottom of the bottle.
▶Are your products safe if I’m nursing or pregnant?
The ingredients in our formulas are predominantly plant-based except for Zinc Oxide, which is a mineral. You can feel confident that our products are safe and of the highest quality; but if you want to be sure, please check with your Doctor to confirm that you can use our products during your pregnancy or post-pregnancy.

▶When will my order be shipped?
Orders are processed Monday - Friday and within 2 business days. We make every effort to ship out same day if we receive your order by 12p Monday - Friday. Orders that are received after 12p on Friday or over the weekend will typically ship on Monday.
▶How will my order be shipped?
Our standard shipping method is USPS First Class mail with tracking. Most packages going anywhere in the US will arrive within 3 - 7 business days. You will receive USPS tracking info via email when your order ships.
Returns & Exchanges
How long do I have to return an item?
You have 21 days from the date of your order to return via USPS and for us to be in receipt of your item(s). Please email us at Info@SeriouslyFAB.com and we will provide a return shipping address to you. We will not accept returns in envelopes - please only return in the original shipping box. Also, return shipping costs will be made at the customer’s expense. Lastly, we are not liable for return packages that may be lost or damaged in transit.
How long does it take to process my return?
It will take up to 7 business days upon receipt of the returned item(s). Please make sure you return the item in the original order box, otherwise we will not be able to process the return. Once we have checked your item, we will refund the product cost back to the original payment form. A restocking fee may apply.
Are there any exceptions to the return policy?
If you order multiple bottles of the same SKU, only 1 of the bottles will be eligible for a refund, not the additional bottles. Please only order multiple quantities of the same SKU if you are 100% sure that you like that SKU. If we cancel an order for any reason, and you place a subsequent order, we may be unable to process a return. All sales during our annual Black Cyber Sale are final. Thank you for factoring these exclusions into your purchasing decisions.
If I don’t like a scent, can I return the bottle and exchange for a different SKU?
You will most likely need to return the original unused bottle, and then order a replacement. Please email us at Info@SeriouslyFAB.com to initiate the return process.
What happens if I have not received my package?
Sorry to hear this occurred. Although rare, occasionally a package is delivered to the wrong address or is stolen from a porch or mailbox. Please let us know immediately by emailing us at Info@SeriouslyFAB.com. In this situation, if the package has gone missing, we will re-ship your items as a one-time courtesy. You may be required to provide an alternative address for the re-shipment. Make sure to provide us with a safe & secure physical address for box delivery.
