The Power of Zinc Oxide
The mineral Zinc Oxide is the safest and most effective sunscreen active legally available for use in the US. Unlike chemical sunscreens that absorb into the skin and bloodstream potentially posing health risks, Zinc Oxide sits on the surface of the skin -- creating a powerful barrier against nasty sun damage.
As good as this ingredient is, formulators have been challenged to work with it due to its thick and filmy nature. Desiring a non-opaque application, our R&D team rigorously pursued the creation of a fine-tuned formulation that would be sheer enough to go over makeup.

We said NO to pumping up our sunscreen with a host of CHEMICALS -- such as Avobenzone, Octinoxate, Oxybenzone and Benzophenone -- to achieve a freakishly high SPF, which is what many well known companies do. Instead we set out to engineer the cleanest and most effective sunscreen of its kind, by fusing the best quality Non-Nano Zinc Oxide with some of the most Seriously FAB functional ingredients available on the market... including a fruit with natural UV protective qualities that no one else has!

Studies showed that our Zinc Oxide sunscreen spray, because of the combination of ingredients in our formulation, was as effective as higher chemical SPF products but without the health dangers! Furthermore, when you have something that's fun and pleasant to use, you're going to want to do it more often -- and frequent use is integral to an effective sun protection regimen. Many women have reported to us that they'd given up on sunscreen before finding our solution. Because animals are precious creatures, we are - and will always be - Cruelty Free. We test our products on humans only, and verify with our suppliers that the ingredients we buy have never been tested on animals. Buying only Cruelty Free products will eventually result in the eradication of animal testing globally.
All of our ingredients are carefully sourced with our customers' health in mind, first and foremost. We utilize clinically-proven Phytonutrients & Antioxidants that are widely known to be safe and beneficial for the skin. The powerhouse ingredients in our formula include Non-Nano Zinc Oxide, Blueberry, Pomegranate, Vitamin E, Aloe Vera, and Pumpkin Seed!
Our beautifully made formula contains NO animal byproducts, including fish or insect. Many companies use animal derived ingredients such as lanolin or honey, but we do not. Our Glycerin is vegetable-based. We are CERTIFIED VEGAN through Vegan Action (vegan.org)
